Document Widget is the fastest way to access your most important PDF, EPUB and JPEG files.

Your files will be laid on the home screen to always have them in reach. It is even possible to navigate the files from within the widget. Actions like changing the page and zooming are available inside the widget thus making Document Widget an unique app.

I developed the app because there was no other Android app that could lay a document (pdf, epub, jpeg) on home screen and also offer functionality to browse the file right in the home screen widget. Only widgets that were acting like shortcuts were available. The widget that I developed makes it possible to zoom, pan, change the page, change the file (and many others) right from the widget. That is very useful when for example you want to have a schematic on the home screen. You can zoom to show only the schematic and not the whole page. Or maybe you want to have only an important data table on the home screen. The option of viewing the file in full screen is ofcourse inculded. Unlimited number of documents can be layed on home screen. The last viewed page is saved for each document acting like a bookmark. The widget can be resized to best fit the screen and to customize the screen as desired.
